strategy consulting
If you put the cart before the horse, you lose time and risk getting kicked. It's worth starting from the beginning. That means developing a communications concept and deriving measures from it. Where am I? What is the goal? What strategy will I use to achieve it? What are the target groups? What are the messages? What measures are appropriate? I would be happy to accompany and support you in your strategy process. This can be an instant analysis in the event of a crisis or advice over a longer time horizon. In any case, the solution will be tailor-made and professional.

Crisis communication
The crisis is coming anyway. An analysis of the communication risks helps you to create a plan, define responsibilities and set language rules. Thanks to training, you won't lose your bearings when a crisis occurs. Professional support in a crisis can avert major damage or prevent a shitstorm. It's important to make strategic and tactical decisions in the shortest possible time, to know the media system and the journalists, to set up monitoring, to interact with stakeholders and - last but not least - to keep internal communication under control.
Litigation PR
Legal communication is still an underdeveloped discipline in German-speaking countries. The need for PR support in legal disputes is constantly increasing. I use communication measures to support the strategy of legal representation or protect your reputation during and after the dispute.

Media
High time pressure, less specialist knowledge, jostling for a few slots in your own medium, escalation to the point of unrecognizability: media professionals are under pressure, and the likelihood that your message will get across is significantly lower than it was ten years ago. Professional media work creates a bridge and increases the chances that you will be heard and understood - thanks to many years of experience and a good network.
Media training
Media training is also, but not only, camera training. Who is the end user of my message? What do I want to say to them? How do I formulate my message? How do I interact with the messenger of the message, the journalist? My media training is tailored to the individual needs of the participants. They show how media and journalists work. Practice is carried out with your specific challenges in mind. It is important to formulate messages in a way that is appropriate for the target group and to answer critical questions confidently. This is followed by training in front of the camera and a discussion of the exercises.
